Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX transactions, and within one to four hours for cryptocurrency withdrawals, subject to network confirmation times.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are your own lawfully obtained funds and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refunded and may result in Account suspension.
gcup88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees or currency conversion charges for which gcup88 bears no responsibility.
All Bonuses offered by gcup88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise specified, Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period will be stated in the promotion details. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the Bonus balance being forfeited.
gcup88 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit any Bonus where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the Bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, in breach of these Terms, or through any form of systematic abuse including but not limited to:
Bonuses have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to gcup88's acceptance. A bet is not considered accepted until confirmed on screen. gcup88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical malfunction or human error.
For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events — the rules applicable to each sport and market type are published in the Platform's sportsbook help section. These rules form part of these Terms by reference.
Live dealer games are subject to the rules presented by the dealer and the studio operating that table. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, gcup88's records of the game state at the point of disconnection shall be definitive.
In the event of a malfunction of any game or software, gcup88 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes. No claim will be accepted for alleged winnings arising from a game or system malfunction.
Malfunction voids all pays and plays. This principle applies across all game types on the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
gcup88 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of gcup88.
gcup88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available and functioning at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability for which gcup88 shall not be liable.
gcup88 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Players. It is your responsibility to manage your gambling activity responsibly and within your personal financial means.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gcup88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
gcup88 uses third-party payment processors, game studios, and technology providers in delivering the Platform. We are not responsible for the conduct or errors of such third parties, except to the extent expressly required by applicable law.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting gcup88 Support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML requirements.
gcup88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
